Order Cancellation

  • Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately at info@kumsfashions.com with your order number and a brief cancellation request. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • After 24 Hours: Orders that are 24 hours old or older, or orders that have already been shipped, cannot be cancelled directly. In this case, you may follow the standard return process outlined below once you receive your order.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to submit a return request. Return requests submitted after the 30-day window may not be accepted.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Item Condition: The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations or signs of wear.
  • Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging, including any boxes, protective covers, tags, labels, and accessories that were included.

Free Return Shipping

We are pleased to offer free return shipping on all eligible orders. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost. Simply follow the instructions included with the label to pack and send your item back.


How to Initiate a Return

Exchanges

Tip: The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item first, then place a new order as soon as the return is approved.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved or denied.

  • If Approved: Your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
